1-Year Limited Guarantee
Your wellness matters to us, and so does the quality of our product. Every AtlasBIOvib purchase is backed by a 1-year limited guarantee.
- What’s covered: Defects in materials or workmanship under normal, non-commercial use within 12 months of purchase.
- What’s not covered: Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, unauthorized modifications, physical damage after delivery, or normal wear and tear.
- Eligibility: Guarantee applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase. Products purchased through third-party vendors, resellers, or marketplaces are not eligible.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back. AtlasBIOvib will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you.
- Timeline: We aim to acknowledge your claim within 5 business days and complete repair or replacement within 15–30 days of receiving your item, subject to part availability.
To file a claim, email atlasbiovibusa@gmail.com with your order number, purchase date, a description of the issue, and a photo if possible.
Return Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Condition: Products must be in like-new condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Inspection: If a return is not in like-new condition, we may deny the return.
- Refund timing: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
- Exclusions: Products purchased through third-party vendors, resellers, or marketplaces are not eligible for return to AtlasBIOvib.
- Authorization: To begin a return, email atlasbiovibusa@gmail.com for authorization and instructions. Please do not send returns without authorization.

The AtlasBIOvib is only intended to be used as instructed in the User Manual.
